Monshi is in early beta, and the full privacy policy is being finalized. This placeholder explains the current product basics without making compliance claims that are not yet documented here.

Early access requests collect business contact details so Shekar Labs can review fit and follow up about assisted beta setup. The Monshi product processes customer messages and operational data only for the businesses configured to use it.

Website Analytics

Monshi uses analytics and tracking tools to understand how visitors interact with the public website and improve the product and marketing experience. These tools may be provided by third parties including Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and similar tools configured through Google Tag Manager.

Microsoft Clarity may be used for website analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings. Clarity may collect behavioral usage data such as clicks, scrolls, page views, device and browser information, approximate location, and interactions with website pages. Clarity uses cookies or similar technologies.

Form fields and sensitive content should remain masked and should not be intentionally captured in Clarity recordings. Monshi does not use these tools to add direct analytics scripts outside Google Tag Manager in the website code.

Follow-up: if Monshi targets EEA, UK, or Switzerland traffic, cookie consent and consent mode should be implemented before paid ads target those regions.
